I loathe the series of failed vacuums that I've owned in the past. From getting clogged easily or having pathetic suction to that horrible burning belt smell or just freakin breaking... I've wasted so much time and money. Anyway, I looked online for weeks trying to find something high quality that worked well on all the surfaces I have. This thing is pricey but OH MY. I think I'm in love. I really can't say that enough... It's very thoughtfully designed and so far I haven't had a single problem. I like the 5 year warranty but I hope I don't have to use it. It sucks up everything I need it to. =P My husband even uses it and raves about how much he loves it. <br /><br />Seriously... look no further for a vacuum. Quiet running, easy to clean. I have two long hair dogs that shed lots of fur. The vac picks it all up in one pass with no issues. The beater bar has a easy to access circuit breaker that trips if you do something dumb like suck up a throw rug tassle or run over some string. The cord is a mile long so you can do really big rooms without finding a new wall plate to plug into.
